When you contact Tim

The form asks for your name, business, email address, and message. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. Submissions are sent through Microsoft 365 to the business inbox. If you select the copy option, the same submission is also sent to your email address.

The optional AI idea chat

When you send a question in the chat, your message and recent conversation context are sent to Google’s AI service to generate a response. Please leave out private business or personal information. The chat is not automatically emailed to Tim. The review button lets you edit your own messages and explicitly submit them through the contact form. Chat history stays in the current page session and resets when you leave or reload the page.

Submission records

The website keeps delivery-reference and duplicate-prevention records to help avoid sending the same request repeatedly. Email correspondence remains in the business mail system so Tim can follow up on your inquiry.

Website visits

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and traffic sources. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. The website also sends page-visit information, including the page address, title, and referring page, to its own visit-tracking service.

What to leave out

Please don’t submit passwords, payment details, or confidential customer records. An initial description of your business and idea is enough. We can discuss an appropriate way to share project information later.
